Who we are

Storky Adventures is run by Lana and Tomm. For privacy questions, email us at info@storkyadventures.com.

When you send us a message

Our enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, an optional brand or company name and your message. We use that information to read, respond to and keep track of your enquiry. Form submissions are delivered through FormSubmit and then received in our email account.

We process enquiries because it is in our legitimate interests to communicate with people who contact us and, where relevant, to take steps towards working together.

Simple website statistics

We keep basic, first-party statistics so we can understand which pages people find useful and whether the site is working properly. For each page view we record the page, time, referring website domain, broad device type and response status.

We do not store your IP address, create a persistent visitor ID, fingerprint your device or use advertising trackers. These statistics do not use analytics cookies and are normally kept for no longer than 24 months.

Cookies and service providers

We do not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Essential security or sign-in cookies may be used where a protected part of the site needs them. Our hosting providers process the technical information needed to serve and protect the website, while FormSubmit processes form submissions on our behalf.

How long we keep information

Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a project, meet legal or accounting obligations, or maintain an appropriate business record. Basic website statistics are normally deleted after 24 months.

Your choices and rights

UK data-protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including asking for a copy, correcting it, objecting to certain uses or asking for deletion. Email us and we will help. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
